After hiding tab bar user is exposed to possibility of huge memory leaks because of images left opened. Is there any way of turning tabs off?

You can limit the number of tabs to one.

Tabs has very unhappy behaviour
I hid tabs because i dont use it. Last half of year i have started wonder why xnview launching so slow..Today i switch to "view tabs" option and i have full row of tabs opened..
