XnView can't be displayed

I have the last version of XnView Classic installed on Win 10 Version 21H1
If I start XnView it is minimized and can be clicked in the taskbar but never switch to foreground; so I can not use it.
No error message. Task manager says: it is all OK, Windows eventmanagement doesn't noticed any problem.
Never seen this behavior before.

Any ideas?

do you have tried to rename the xnview.ini?
