Converting WebP motion files to Motion Gif

I have been saving a few memes off of various websites and some absolutely refuse to save as a *.gif
I can use the website EZgif to convert the animated webp files into an animated gif but that is a serious pain in the butt to do them one at a time.

I am trying to us XnConvert but apparently I am doing something wrong.
