Suggestion: Waifu2X resizing (upscaling) algorithm

Hi,

beside the more photo related resize algorithms it would be nice to have another one: WAIFU2X - which is especially targeted for upscaling pictures with more flat (same color) areas like comics, manga, icons... Image resizing algos typically make the edges unsharp, but waifu2x preserves the sharpness.

So we could batch convert this kind of source material.
