Xn Pocket vs. Xn Pocket (Xzeos)?

Maybe stupid question, but what is difference between XnView from Pierre and this XnView Pocket from XZeos software? Thanks for explanation.
Since it's free (unlike xzeos' xnview deluxe), I'm guessing it's the same prog, just being hosted on the xzeos site. Pierre and xzeos used to have some sort of arrangement where xzeos sold xnview deluxe, and pierre gave out regular xnview (with fewer features) for free. However, xzeos has stopped production on xnview deluxe.
In short, I believe they are the same program, but I wouldn't waste my time with the xzeos one in any case, it's likely to be outdated if nothing else. (Since they've stopped updating xnview deluxe, it's highly unlikely that they'll keep xnview pocket up to date.)
