Panels Will Not Snap

Subject: 0.99.7: Panels Will Not Snap

XnView: MP 1.9.0 64-bit (Linux) - Libformat 7.226
OS: (Linux) Debian 12 / KDE Plasma 5.27.5 / Wayland

When trying to move panels around, they pop-out and do not snap back into the window. They kinda just sit there in their own window.

Effect: Unable to use program effectively.

To reproduce:
1. Pop-out a panel, Ex. preview
2. Move it about trying to re-integrate panel into window
3. Search for bug
4. Write bug report

Actual behaviour (bug): Panels will not snap back into window

Expected behaviour: Panels snapping back into the window

It seemed as if that meant this was a bug report, I don't know what 0.99.7 is. Is that a version, then? I'm running MP 1.9.0.
