View... Panels / Info Panels confusion

I've just spent a while trying to customise `View... Panels / Info Panels ` - very frustrating! I'm still confused what combination of settings works.

It seems some settings from `Panels` impacts `Info Panels` and vice versa which makes it very difficult to customise them. Could these be combined and simplified?

Also, there was some combination of settings where e.g. 'Histogram' no longer displayed when it was clearly checked in 'Info Panels'.

I also made the Info Panel display with an unstyled Windows titlebar. I eventually fixed this but I don't know how to reproduce.
