Accessing FritzNAS from KDE

Hello,
As a Windows 11 denier, I just installed KDE and XnView MP on my first laptop. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble connecting the latter to my Fritz! NAS.
I tried using smb://IP in the address bar, which works with Dolphin, but I get a message saying the directory doesn't exist. Even when I set it up as a separate external device, I can't access it.
I may be being particularly stupid as a beginner, but I hope I can get some help here.
