! (yes I know lots of people using your program !)I tested for years different tools for viewing images but the most intuitive and perfect in my case was FastStone Image Viewer !! And its crazy but that program is very similar with your but your is literally failing in almost all my cases, few very good thing in my opinion you did is a lot of image formats can be opened with your app !! this is the only reason I still use your program ! mainly because of some raw and heic images !! and even here you made some mistakes why HEIC is representing by RAW icon ?!? You really can't create a separate icon for heic ?? And as far as I know HEIC its not even RAW image !! And such issues are everywhere in your program !! I am very sorry for such criticism but everything I try to do in your program its non intuitive and lots of time have to go deep in settings for many minutes to understand how to configure an might not be successful !! Today I was trying to compare 2 images and just get angry !! I couldn't !!r
..So my suggestion to you is maybe you going to install FastStone Image Viewer in your PC and test it little bit and create in option like a profile so your program will behave like FastStone Image Viewer ??
You might wonder why I just not use FastStone Image Viewer and forget about your program ! Well things are not perfect in this world but FastStone Image Viewer its the tool who in 95% is the best in different task with Images ! However FastStone Image Viewer developers doesn't replay to my request of increasing decoding of new types of images which is one of the main problem in it !! So this is a chance for you to improve your app and maybe I will move to your program !!?
