Exif changes not being written

took me ages to find out that the changes i set are not being written to the files, i have the 32 bit version, there is NOT an option to keep original date/time for Embedded metadata, so cant untick it

cant see why such an option exists anyway, but its not there to disable

help please, have version 1.5.5

Are you able to run the 64-bit version, that may be your only solution depending on when the option you require was introduced?
