Limit zoom in fullscreen

First of all thanks a lot for this great tool! I have a small suggestion for the fullscreen viewer:
Would it be possible to add a function where the user can limit the zoom? I think it is not useful to zoom out and the screen is not used completely used in both axis and at least one should be used completely.
And second a (user defined) limit for the maximum zoom would be nice. I personally would prefer 100% or 200%.
And one other thing, maybe a bug: When zooming out so far so that both screen axis are not completely used and after that zooming in again, it won't zoom in again into the zoom percentage, were one axis is used for the complete picture axis. For example, when starting with 32% zoom (Auto zoom: Fit image to window), for zooming out the next step is 26% and after that zooming in is 36% instead of the starting 32%. So this step is missing (when zooming in from the starting 32%, the next step is 36%).
