Playing videos in the viewer

I assume that you are playing videos using the windows 11 built in codecs.

I have some old files which you can see the thumbnail and when you play it plays the video but there is no sound


When I play outside in Windows it is fine.


Also at times when I open a video it gets stuck in that full screen mode and I cannot go back to the browser mode with a double click. Sometimes a triple click or five clicks or it keeps bouncing in and out of the two modes and eventually I get back to the browser.
