1.8.6 Error searching for embedded comments in Quick Filter

In the quick filter, after edit comment > entering the text written in the embedded comment and selecting one of the results that appear, if you either view it in fullscreen or in open and then save it (Ctrl+S), when you return to the browser view, the search results disappear.

1. Enter the text written in the embedded comment in the quick filter.
2. Select one of the results from the list and choose 'View FullScreen' or 'Open', then save using the shortcut (Ctrl+S).
3. When you return to the browser screen, the search results from the embedded comment in the quick filter are gone. If you saved while in the 'View FullScreen' state, only the file you viewed will remain, and the rest will disappear.
If you saved while in the 'Open' state, when you return to the browser screen, all files will disappear.
