Batch rename: "Replace path separator" as last step

Current behavior: If a name template contains path separators, they are replaced automatically with hyphens => "-". This seems fix and hard coded. It is not possible to replace them with different characters or maybe multiple characters.

Desired behavior: Move this auto-replace step of path separators at the end of the batch-renaming procedure. So the user have the possibility to replace the path separators with desired characters via the Replace-With functionality within the Batch-Rename-Dialog, before the auto-replace step is happend.
