Push all the notes, labels, and categories into the XMP tags of all images at once [Solved]

I have made my notations and updated the labels on many images.
These information are now in XNView.db because I did not check the export box in xmp.
In order to be able to continue working on another computer, I want to push all the notes, labels, and categories into the XMP tags of all images at once. I can't find how to do it.
