1.7.1: Shift+mouse wheel not working in compare

XnView: MP 1.7.1 - 64bit
OS: Windows 10 22H2 64bit

When comparing images and try to zoom in or out with Shift+mouse wheel, nothing happens.
The shift+zoom function seems to be working (hold down shift and clicking the zoom icons above the pictures), only the zooming with Shift+mouse wheel not working.

To reproduce:
1. Compare two or more images.
2. Try to zoom in or out with Shift+mouse wheel.
Actual behaviour (bug): Nothing happens.

Expected behaviour: The images are zoomed in or out.

To zoom in/out is Ctrl+mouse wheel or only mouse wheel.

Yes, you are right. But there is a third way to zoom in or out. When you zoom in or out with Shift, the other image positions are not reset.
In the previous versions (pre-1.7.0) this was working with Shift+mouse wheel (still working with Shift+clicking the zoom icons above the pictures).

Ctrl+mouse wheel is zooming only on one image. Shift+mouse wheel to not reset position was introduced in 1.5.0, but there was a bug and it didn't work till 1.5.4.

This Shift+mouse wheel to not reset position was working in 1.5.4 - 1.6.5.

To test and reproduce in 1.6.5 (latest working) and 1.7.1 (not working):
1.6.5:
1) Download 1.6.5 portable.
2) Compare two images.
3) Zoom in a lot on both images.
4) Move the left image (hold down right click and move) to the top left corner.
5) Move the right image (hold down right click and move) to the bottom right corner.
6) Zoom out with Shift+mouse wheel to not reset position.
7) Both images are zoomed out and the left image stayed at the top left corner and the right image stayed at the bottom right corner.
The Shift+mouse wheel to not reset position is working.

1.7.1 (to test Shift+mouse wheel to not reset position working):
1) Download 1.7.1 portable.
2) Compare two images.
3) Zoom in a lot on both images.
4) Move the left image (hold down right click and move) to the top left corner.
5) Move the right image (hold down right click and move) to the bottom right corner.
6) Zoom out with Shift+mouse wheel to not reset position.

The Shift+mouse wheel to not reset position is not working.

1.7.1 (to test Shift+zoom to not reset position ability working):
1) Download 1.7.1 portable.
2) Compare two images.
3) Zoom in a lot on botih images.
4) Move the left image (hold down right click and move) to the top left corner.
5) Move the right image (hold down right click and move) to the bottom right corner.
6) Zoom out with holding the Shift key+clicking the zoom out icon above the image to not reset position.
7) Both images are zoomed out and the left image stayed at the top left corner and the right image stayed at the bottom right corner.
Ability to zoom and not reset position are working.


So it seems the ability to zoom and not reset positions are working, but to use this with Shift+mouse wheel stopped working.
