1.7.1 - face tag - crash on image shortcut

Windows11 (23H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Browser - face tag
few issues

To reproduce:
0. clean portable version
1. download test image (1.5Mb) and create shortcut
2. open folder in Browser and select shortcut
3. open Face tag...
preview is black
4. press 'Search face' button
app will crash

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.9.0. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
