RC1: Quick fullscreen haves wierd frame for videos

Theres a wierd frame around the screen when viewing videos in quick fullscreen. I don't think this is normal.

Reproduce:
- Open video file in quick fullscreen (directly from browser)
- Close the fullscreen (the frame don't appear at the first time)
- Open video file again to quick fullscreen
= Frame around the screen
