Browser - histogram - make background theme dependent

Browser - histogram
Histogram's default Black background does not look good on default light theme

Suggestion
set histogram background color based on current theme:
- Light - for default and Light themes
- Black - for Dark and Black themes

Also there is an issue - histogram resets to Black background after restart
