all versions: req: outer border for selected pics in browser

I think this problem was discussed before with older versions but I could not find it with the forum search:

The pictures I select in the browser get a blue border with covers 3 pixel of the picture. With large thumbs it does not bother but with small pictures and thumbs main parts of the pictures are covered.
Example:

It would be better if the selection border could be around the picture like this:

Maybe it could be changed in next versions.

Yes and no. Perhaps it's a small change and Pierre can add it in 1.82. But if it's a larger one, this should not be done in 1.82.
