Implement Windows 11 new context menu

I recommend implementing native Windows 11 explorer context menu support as per the recommendation in the article above. Microsoft has buried the legacy explorer contextual menu a bit in Win11 and it would be welcome to see XNviewMP back on the top level context menu in explorer
