Hex mode (File viewed in hexadecimal) is not very important and little effort should be put into it, I think. As long it is there it should be kept usable.
Currently, the 'File > Close' menu is missing. This is standard and should be there. The same applies for 'File > Close all'.
Also, the "Create" menu introduced in version 1.82 is missing.
