display problems with looooong filenames

Changing the colour mode shows the following dialogue which wraps the filename into the second, hidden line.

When the filename has blanks ("my long special filename"), then the first strings can be read in first line.
When the filename has no blanks ("myverylongspecialfilenamewhichisreallytoolong"), everything is wrapped into invisible area ..
