Please add support for animated webp created with gif2webp

I found similar topic in XnConvert thread viewtopic.php?f=79&t=37402&p=149780&hil ... bp#p149780 and there were said that it can convert only 1st frame but looks like NConvert doesn't even do this (shows "Error: Don't know how to read this picture").

you need to add in Plugins folder libwebpdemux.dll & libwebmux.dll from XnView MP package
