I still find the need of a command (menu/button) to rebuild the thumbnails in the current directory: sometimes the 4in1 folder symbol doesn't get saved in the cache file and gets "recomputed" each visit to the parent folder, you need to manually delete the cache for that folder to have it cached correctly. Of course this procedure is not very easy if you have hundreds of cached folders, especially since there's no sorting in the list to help find and delete it.
The possibility of rebuilding the icons for the current folder could also form the basis for another interesting feature, the automatic thumbnailing of folder trees: suppose you have a lot of images, stored under many subfolders - currently you need to navigate each and every one of them manually to have thumbnails created, instead of having a command to, say, autothumbnail the "D:\images\" folder and all subfolders.
