Fusion Dark theme - scrollbar "car" in lighter colour ??

Windows x64 ZIP version on Windows 10
Linux x64 TGZ version on Ubuntu Mate 20.20

I use Fusion Dark theme.
For the scrollbar "car", can we have lighter colour to make the "car" more contrast ?
