Incorrect Nikon Raw File Conversion

Hello,

I installed the XnConvert to convert Nikon RAW files into PNG files. I have tried three times to convert the Nikon RAW files. Each time I convert the RAW files, XnConvert takes the Nikon RAW black and white files and converts them to colour. Not only does XnConvert the black and white Nikon RAW files into colour files, XnConvert distorts the colours of Nikon RAW files after they are converted into PNG files.

I was wondering if you might be able to help advise me what I am doing wrong? Any advice or hints you are willing to share would be appreciated. Thank you.
