Border around text - more scalable

Adding text to the image, I can set the textsize to "percent" and start with "0.00" upwards.

The size of the border starts with "1" and can only be increased in full steps. That's to big when you have a text with "Size: 1.50 %".

Suggestion:
The setting of text frame should follow the settings of the text.

I just see that the size of the border is used also by the "Fill" command, although I have the Border disabled.
It's obvious after thinking about it, but also a little bit confusing.

And maybe there could be different settings:
a) The size of the "background area"
b) The line-width of the frame (the border) with surrounds the "background area"

b) be more precise.

b) the wish for different settings for the "size" of the frame and the "line width"

a) Looks fine - thanks.
b) Maybe still on "Todolist" for further consideration / implementation?

c) Cosmetic wish:
The unit "points / percent" are valid for all 4 tabs. Maybe it can be displayed on all tabs too?
