Hide "Write → JPEG-2000" options if corresponding plugin (openjp2.dll) is not available

I have noticed that if I start XnView without plugins (e.g. Plugins folder is removed), it shows in Options → Read/Write → Write tab → JPEG-2000 the corresponding settings for JPEG-2000, which assumes that the user should be able to save the image as JPEG-2000. However JP2 is not present in the list of available extensions for saving the image via File → Save As (as expected).

Suggestion: The corresponding JPEG-2000 options tab should be hidden.
