"Save picture" dialogue deranged

See attached screenshot:
a) by default, the "Options" button is truncated by the window handle
b) after resizing the window horizontally, the "Options" button does not follow the width of the dialogue window, but remains fixed.

That's a known problem, Thorsten, see topic
"Save As" Dialog Ugliness.
Note:

OK, I have not seen the other topic before. Just a remark:
In the slide show dialog, "Add files..." there is a similar glitch. Here it is the button "RemoveAll" that is impaired. On horizontal resizing of the dialog window, only the "Cancel" button moves along with the right edge, the rest remain where they are.
