Error when creating multipage tiffs

Hi,
I'm trying to create a multipage tiff from two tiff-files, the first one already multipage. This works fine. When I add the -D parameter (delete source images), the resulting tiff has only two pages: the first page of each source image. So it seems nconvert is deleting the source files after the first page.
nconvert 6.05, Windows 7
