XnView MP needs a 'Configuration wizard' (like XnView 1.9x)

The lovely configuration wizard I found in XnView 1.9x (1.96 to be exact):


....Is most definitely needed in XnView MP.

It would be just as easy as mostly re-using the same code as found in the Settings>Integration (v0.39) but just re-using the code for a dialog window of first-time launch 'Configuration'

So an XnView MP configuration dialog must include these below (re-using or a copy of the same programming 'code').
