0.38.10 Win: Set background color & 'CANCEL' (small bug)

Hi,
I have noticed this small bug.
In a default XnView MP v0.38.10
1.) Open the Settings
2.) Change the Background color to any other color (settings>view)
3.) Do not press 'ok' but press 'cancel'
...Now notice how the background color has changed to the one in which I have not properly applied/pressed 'ok' to
If I press 'cancel' at that instance then the previous/current used background color should restore and not change.
Please fix, thank you.
