MP 0.35 Win: Color information bug

This is a minor bug in MP 0.35 yet I think it's an important one.

If you select Show color information, XnView will display hexadecimal values under 0x10 as single digit values. So, for example, black will appear as HTML(#000). Needless to say, it can be confusing; what does HTML(#12fa) mean? is it 0012fa or 0102fa or something else?.
