You mean by default? Dunno.marsh wrote:Just like v.1.74 does.
But you can already set it up as you wish. Options -> General -> Switch mode.
P.S.: What you call "edit fullscreen" is now simply called "edit mode".
Re: REQ: Launch Edit fullscreen from browser.
No "Edit mode" is Viewer! It is confusing for some users...Danny wrote:P.S.: What you call "edit fullscreen" is now simply called "edit mode".
...continue here RC3: New names for 2 Fullscreen modes and Viewer?
With option: "Switch between Browser, Edit mode and Fullscreen" you can use only "old" Fullscreen mode, but there is a known bug there...

Except that View in Fullscreen is not viewer.Dreamer wrote:No "Edit mode" is Viewer! It is confusing for some users...Danny wrote:P.S.: What you call "edit fullscreen" is now simply called "edit mode".

I misunderstood.marsh wrote:Except that View in Fullscreen is not viewer.Dreamer wrote:No "Edit mode" is Viewer! It is confusing for some users...Danny wrote:P.S.: What you call "edit fullscreen" is now simply called "edit mode".
There are few known bugs in "Switch mode" options - more here.

Why do you want open your picture in EDIT mode and in fullscreen??marsh wrote:Except that View in Fullscreen is not viewer.Dreamer wrote:No "Edit mode" is Viewer! It is confusing for some users...Danny wrote:P.S.: What you call "edit fullscreen" is now simply called "edit mode".
Pierre.
Re: REQ: Launch Edit fullscreen from browser.
I frequently crop photos and prefer to actually see what I am selecting in fullscreen. I think any work which can be accomplished in fullscreen is easier and looks better than just using a program's work window. So, I enjoy how v.1.74 works (switching back and forth from browser to EDIT fullscreen).
Re: REQ: Launch Edit fullscreen from browser.
Ok, so often you have the browser, click on a thumbnail to edit it in fullscreen, back to normal, save it and return to browser, right?marsh wrote:I frequently crop photos and prefer to actually see what I am selecting in fullscreen.
