RC3: Add "Properties" also for folders

Post by Dreamer »

Add "Properties ... Alt+Enter" also for folders, e.g. standard Windows Properties dialog, reason, e.g. if I want check the folder size - there is no other way.

Good suggestion, Dreamer. If possible this should make it into 1.80.

I agree, good suggestion.
This would allow you to change folder attributes and stuff.

This has been added to RC4, for the treelist you have to press ALT+Enter there is no menu method.

The Properties dialog for folder is available using the context menu.
But when pressing Alt + Enter nothing happens. Does this work for other people?

Not stolen here…

Post by Clo »

:) Hello Pierre !
- Sometimes, some shortcuts are "stolen" by a running device, the most times a bunch of "Options" for the graphic-card … We see that often in Total Commander i.e. for Alt+F5

- But this is not the case @ home, the graphic-card is built-in the Intel™ MB, and these features are pretty disabled in the manager… ???

For me Alt+Enter works in browser but doesn't work in folder tree. RMB>Properties works in both.
