I don't get any skin options other than the default. Running on windows 98 se. No other irregularities, so far. Is this normal?

No, it's not normal! Unfortunately I can't help exactly, because of other OS.mhguda wrote:I don't get any skin options other than the default. Running on windows 98 se. Is this normal?

Do you use the EXE installer or ZIP file?mhguda wrote:I don't get any skin options other than the default. Running on windows 98 se. No other irregularities, so far. Is this normal?
You have the skins folder?mhguda wrote:I don't get any skin options other than the default. Running on windows 98 se. No other irregularities, so far. Is this normal?

No you can have 1.74 & 1.80 RC3 in another folder.mhguda wrote:I have tried the ini file trick and was not surprised by suddenly appearing skin options. Nothing changed.
I do have the skins folder, with subfolders for each skin.
In fact, I have kept version 1.7.4 and that works fine, with skins on option.
Could it be a problem that I have both versions on my system?
(But I have not made the install option to keep the ini file in the windows folder, or the options in the registry, precisely because of the two versions residing on my system).
I have also tried installing RC3. That did not help.
