[Fixed] RC2 BUG: Vertical scrollbar is missing in Th.&D

[Fixed] RC2 BUG: Vertical scrollbar is missing in Th.&D

Vertical scrollbar is missing in Thumbnails & Details View - only if there are lot of images (about 100) in folder.

To reproduce switch to Details view and then to Thumbnails & Details View with F9.
