[Fixed BUT] RC2: Thumbnails & Details - Shadow bug

Post by ckit »

If I disable "Use Shadow" in Thumbnail options, the shadows are still present in "Thumbnail & Details" however they're gone in Thumbnails.

As far as I'm concerned Thumbnails and "Thumbnails & Details" are the same and therefore should use the same options unless you want to double-up.
AMD Ryzen 3 3300X 3.8Ghz, 16Gb DDR4, RX6600XT with Dell U2520D at 2560x1440@60Hz scaling 125%
Win11 x64 24H2, Hard Disk Sentinel Pro, MS PowerToys, Process Lasso Pro and Wintoys

Right. Regarding the shadow I'd also expect that the setting affects both "Thumbnail" and "Thumbnail & Details" view.

Fixed in RC4, but white background is still there - in Thumbnails view it is OK.

Also (in RC3 too) selected file in Thumbnails & Details view doesn't have shadow (if shadows are enabled) - in Thumbnails view it is OK.

Yes normal, selection seems strange with shadow...
