If "General > Recent files > Purge 'most recent files & dirs' on exit" option is enabled, purge also items in Batch Rename dialog - Name template and Replace/With.

There should be a way to reset all recent files and dirs and clear all "traces". So I second that.
When we see that people need more specific and individual cleaning, we still can introduce ways to do that.
