1. Display large image full screen.
2. Zoom in
3. Display Info panel
4. Pin Info panel
5. Attempt to pan image with mouse or zoom proxy

Fixed in 0.26.

However, the thumbstrip flickering problem that I reported for Compare also occurs in the full-screen thumbstrip.

Certain thumbstrip heights cause the thumbs to oscillate between two different sizes.
