[OK] RC1: Open With>Add Program ... does not work.

Right click on image at browser list. Unable to add any other programs to open image.

I can't re-produce this bug, however I did find another instead.
When I go to add "IrfanView or PhotoFiltre" to the "Open With" list and nothing happens!
The list remains empty.
