Suggestions for Shell Extension

I downloaded XnView purely as a replacement for PicaView, and so far I'm liking what I see.
However, some suggestions to literally make it perfect (for me, anyway):
1. Auto Image Size: Is there a way to combine the "fit window to image" and "fit image to window" options? When I click on the thumbnail in the explorer context menu, I want the picture to open at original size, with the XnView window fitted to the image. But if I resize the window, I want the picture to resize so it fits the new dimensions of the XnView window.
2. Is there a way to remove the "convert" options from the context menu?
3. The thumbnail in the context menu doesn't seem to have enough padding/margin at the top and bottom. Notice how there's more space at the left and right. Is there a way to tweak this? Also, what about wrapping the thumbnail with some kind of stroke/border for a beveled look?
