B3: Create Video: GUI design

Currently, the GUI design of the "Create Video" dialog could be improved.

Some possible improvements:

- Add a group panel labeled with "Video Size" grouping the size controls (First image, Largest image, ..., Fit image to Video size).

- The large box which contains the message during creation should be labeled at the top with e.g. "Progress" or "Messages".

- The large box which contains the message should have a grey black ground (currently it looks as if the user could interact with the box, but in fact he/she can't do anything).

- Layout: Label "Filename", edittext "Filename", "Format", and other controls should be left aligned. Currently, the edittext "Filename" is not.

- If option 'Fixed size" is NOT checked, the fields 'Width' and "Height' should be greyed out (disabled).

- The message "Encoding ended..." should have no elipsis and rather be "Encoding completed.". (probably all translations)

- The messages "Encoding frame <x>" should have an elipsis. (probably all translations)

- Rather than just "Create Video" it should say "Create video slide show" or "Create slide show video" (native speakers, please help.) (Probably all translations)

Feedback to the above suggestions and/or additional suggestions are welcome.

A draft to picture some of the above suggestions.

(Just found that "Fit image to video size" does not really belong to group "Video size". Perhaps the panel can be labled "Sizes", only.
