Exiftool: "Subjet" added to "keywords"

I use exiftool with this code:

exiftool.exe -Subject="This is my test subject" "Test.pdf"

The result in PDF is that in keywords is also an entry:

; This is my test subject

(semicolon plus subject)
Is this correct? Is there a way to avoid this?
