Aspect ratio bug?

Resizing a picture with 2046 x 1365 pixels, I tried changing its width to 600, while keeping the same aspect ratio. The software calculated a height of 450, which was incorrect -- it was supposed to be 400. Nevertheless, when I saved the changes that way, the result was a proper 600 x 400 image.
Looks like there's a discrepancy somewhere.

I've tried with a picture 2046x1365, i enter 600 for width, and height is calculated as 398

Sorry! I just tried reproducing the aspect ratio problem, but this time I couldn't, so maybe something else was causing it -- like my poor eyesight, for instance.
