- Of course, "Main window" is the View window when you launch the program without any parameter! The highest parent window in the hierarchy… In that case, from the XnView Desktop-icon (so, no file displayed)
- Like you can see here, Pierre knows that bug for a
looong while.
- And I remake a fresh INI, it won't do any good whatever for that.

Looks as if this is an issue for people who have neither a scanner nor any other Twain device. Could you please fix this?

Same here I can't remove the adjust brightness button, exactly like red eye in the former RC.

yup, i remove it, close and re-open XnView 1.80 RC4, and the brightness button is back.

Do you use the default skin? (You are on Windows XP SP1.)
Works for me (Windows XP SP2).

seems to happen with any skin.
