RC3: Minor Issue with Shell New Template XNVIEW.BMP

Any chance the shell new template "XNVIEW.BMP" can be renamed to "XnView Bitmap" or something that looks nice.

Another issue, when using this template it creates files called "New XNVIEW.BMP.bmp"
This needs to be seriously re-worked. Should be called "New XnView Bitmap.bmp"

Yes, I only noticed after I associated XnView with my graphics files.

This is fixed in RC4 after unchecking BMP and re-checking BMP in Associations. Nice work
