RC3: Fullscreen and unavailable mouse cursor.

Files in directory:
01.jpg, 02.jpg, 03.jpg, 04.jpg, 99.PDF (multipage)

Start Xnview from by double-clicking 01.jpg. Start in fullscreen viewer.
*When you advance from 04.jpg to 99.PDF, the mouse cursor disappears and is unavailable
to use on 'multi-page dialogue window' which appears.

Confirmed using Multipage TIFF files. Since mouse is not available (bug), the only way to close the message box is by using the keyboard.

Note:
By default the input focus should be on "OK" button, not on "Do not show this message again" (another minor bug, see screenshot above).

This problem remains with "Warning: Do you want to save changes to abc.jpg" box.

Still a bug with no cursor available in another screen:
(Warning BMP exists, do you want to overwrite it)
