MP 0.20 Win - Cutting totally broken

Cutting the files work as copying, original file is not removed.

Cutting the folders doesn't work at all - context menu item "Cut" is greyed out.

XnViewMP Version 0.20 (Sep 25 2009), Windows Vista 32 bit SP2.
